I MET LIFE TODAY




I met life today
Hiding in a small boy
Terrified of death
And horrified to live
Dancing destiny's toy.
I met life today
Hiding in a small boy.

Bleeding body and broken heart
Bruised soul, falling apart
Raining eyes, searching something
But limbs refuse to start
His own body making him annoy.
I met life today
Hiding in a small boy.

Is this a nightmare
Or hell has broken here
Growing pain in every vein
Is just impossible to bear
And no strength left to cry.
I met life today
Hiding in a small boy.

A result of nature's revenge
Or a man made accident
It happens everywhere
And innocent people lament
Sorrow survives, dreams destroy.

Hiding in a small boy.

Resting in my living-room
Life seems such a boon
But the one inside the boy
Will it ever grow and bloom
Can’t we give some hope and joy?

Coffee...........

As I am sipping on a hot cup of coffee,trying to relax and enjoy its aroma, a strange thought dominates my senses. The thought of my friend’s Ex who gifted this tall bottle of coffee to her. She is not much of a coffee drinker , so she gave it to me and I accepted it willingly. I never thought this bottle carried more flavor than just that of coffee beans. The memories just keep splashing on me with every sip I take and there is no way to escape. I must admit that I did not even try to brush those memories away. In fact, I relished its taste and odor more because of the fact that every drop was pregnant with sweet remembrances. Fathers Are Wonderful People

Whenever I look closely, I find that almost all the problems in our relationships are offspring of misunderstandings. And we feel loved only when we are understood. Whenever we feel sad, we say, “no one understands me”. Understanding is that important. But Today My thoughts are drifting towards the most misunderstood species on earth.  The Fathers. Yes, the fathers are wonderful people but we never really get to understand them. We know that they love us and we love them but they are not our favourite like mothers. Why?
