FROM TERRORISM TO ALTRUISM



O Terrorists!!!

How can you be humans
With such deadly intentions
How can any destruction
Give someone satisfaction?
See the powerful sun
His fire can destroy
The whole solar system
But he chose to nourish
And help flourish life
Following the altruism.

O Terrorists!!
You are very powerful
Your plans can destroy
The whole life system
But this is a mistaken way
Of power’s expression.

There is no good use
Of hatred’s powerhouse
That generates darkness
And spread terror from
Generation to generation
How can ruining nation
Be someone’s destination?

O Terrorists!
Playing with innocent lives
In the name of duty
Freedom, caste or religion
Growing ill-will and enmity
Forgetting love and compassion
How can any religion
Teach this way to salvation?

When will God have mercy
And give back your wisdom?
When will your beliefs change
From Terrorism to altruism!

Coffee...........

As I am sipping on a hot cup of coffee,trying to relax and enjoy its aroma, a strange thought dominates my senses. The thought of my friend’s Ex who gifted this tall bottle of coffee to her. She is not much of a coffee drinker , so she gave it to me and I accepted it willingly. I never thought this bottle carried more flavor than just that of coffee beans.
